Twist to the classic mojito, this Pomegranate Mojito recipe has fruity tart pomegranate juice that adds the perfect sweet, tangy, and tart flavors as well as a vibrant red color.

Add 2 to 3 lime slices, mint leaves, pomegranate arils to a glass. Squeeze some fresh lime juice.
With a muddler, muddle the lime, mint, and pomegranate. Optionally add sugar.
Add ice, pomegranate juice, and club soda. Squeeze more lime juice if you like.
Optional step - add the rum.
Stir. Garnish with a lime and mint sprig. Enjoy.
Sweeten to Taste: Add a little extra sugar if you prefer a sweeter sip.
