Masala Nuts

Spicy, salty and sweet roasted mixed nuts with warm and aromatic spices

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add all the spices to a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and oil and mix well. Add all the nuts and mix well coating the nuts evenly with the spices.
  • Spread the nuts on the parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 300 F for 20 minutes stirring the nuts every 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Allow the nuts to completely cool before storing in an air tight container.

Air Fryer Masala Nuts

  • Add the nuts coated with spices to the air fryer and air fry at 300 F for 8 to 10 minutes shaking the basket halfway through. Tip: Air fry in two batches so the nuts are not overcrowded.
